Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable healthcare facility in Great Falls, Montana, to find a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment where your skills can make a significant impact.
Job Description:

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with respiratory illnesses or breathing difficulties
-
Perform diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function testing and arterial blood gas analysis
-
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
-
Educate patients and families on proper techniques for managing respiratory conditions
-
Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
-
Ensure proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment
-
Provide emergency care as needed, including CPR and life-saving interventions
-
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Education and Certification Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) licensure in Montana
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
-
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
-
Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
