Role Overview:
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver advanced respiratory and cardiopulmonary services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. You'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Your expertise will help in conducting specialized tests, responding to complex cases, and supporting team efforts during high-demand periods. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license

Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC

Valid CPR certification (maintenance required)

ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)

Proven ability to coordinate care and perform advanced respiratory assessments

Experience in adult and pediatric acute care settings (preferred but not mandatory)
Nice to Have Skills:

Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Experience in emergency or high-utilization environments
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Completion of relevant educational programs in respiratory therapy
- Previous work in hospital or clinical settings emphasizing adult and pediatric respiratory care
- ???????No minimum years of experience required, open to motivated new graduates with appropriate credentials
- ???????Availability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM) in a 36-hour week schedule
