Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Certifications Requirements: National & NC RRT certification, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Advanced NRP certifications.
- Experience Requirements: 2-3+ years of RRT experience; Level 1 Trauma experience required; Previous travel experience preferred.
- Other Requirements: Strong charting skills (Epic preferred), resilience, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and social aptitude for team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for critical neonatal cases.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments, adjusting procedures as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Execute emergency interventions and trauma protocols in Level 1 Trauma situations, demonstrating expertise in critical care.
- Maintain equipment, prepare supplies, and adhere to infection control standards to ensure optimal patient care conditions.
