Respiratory Therapist – Hospital Setting
Location: Near Mountain Home, AR

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 - $20,000 (Two-Year Commitment, Rate varies based on experience)

Position Overview:
This onsite position plays a vital role in providing respiratory care to patients in both acute and critical care settings. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and a team player with at least one year of clinical experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions

  • Administer oxygen, aerosol, and medication therapy as ordered

  • Manage and monitor ventilators and other life support equipment

  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results

  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

  • Document all procedures, treatments, and patient responses accurately

  • Participate in emergency response efforts including code blue and rapid response teams

  • Ensure equipment maintenance, safety checks, and infection control compliance

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

  • NBRC certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

  • Active Arkansas Respiratory Care Practitioner License

  • BLS certification required

  • Preferred but not required: ACLS, ACCS, PALS, NRP
