Job Description:

As a Respiratory Therapist at our client's facility, you will:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of physicians.
• Evaluate patient conditions and recommend appropriate respiratory care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' response to therapy and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Current Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Arkansas.
• Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
