Temp-to-Perm Respiratory Therapy Director - Great Falls, MT
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $3,000 per week (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Director for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with one of our respected healthcare partners in Great Falls, MT. This role is perfect for an experienced Respiratory Therapist looking to take the next step into leadership, with management experience not required — just strong clinical skills, initiative, and a passion for patient care.
Job Description
• Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Department to ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide direct respiratory therapy services as needed, including patient assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care protocols
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage department scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to respiratory therapy staff
• Assist in staff development and continuing education initiatives
Education & Certification Requirements
• Valid Montana Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Management experience not required, but leadership potential and strong communication skills are a plus
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
