Job Description:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student evaluations and treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights to support student development.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
