Location: Austin, TX

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services in a home health setting.
- Utilize Telehealth platforms to deliver virtual therapy sessions as needed.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Telehealth experience is required.
- CPR certification (current).
Position Requirements
- Must have access to a reliable car for travel to patient homes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with diverse patient populations is a plus.
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual care modalities.
