Job Description:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Support a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language delays

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent
• Current California SLPa certification/license
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
