Job Description

Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Conway, SC (29526)
Schedule: Full-Time (2025-26 School Year) | 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: Up to $62/hour (W2 position)

Connected Health Care, a leading educational staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving students in Conway, South Carolina for the 2025-26 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while enjoying competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Provide direct therapy services (individual/group) across various school settings

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support communication development

  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with South Carolina Medicaid and IDEA requirements

  • Provide training and support for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current South Carolina SLP License (or ability to obtain)

  • ASHA CCC-SLP (Clinical Fellows with supervision considered)

  • Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
