1. Practice with the state PTA licensure and general regulatory rules.
2. Implement and monitor PT services as written in the IEP under the supervision
of a Physical Therapist.
3. Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, students and others as appropriate.
4. Coordinate with representatives from other agencies to provide physical therapy services to students.
5. Attend REED, IEP meetings and other meetings, when appropriate.
6. Complete all forms and reports in a timely manner consistent with ISD policies and procedures.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- All candidates must have Michigan state licenses/certifications
