Contract Length: 2024-2025 School Year
Weekly Compensation: Up to $60/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students, offering emotional, social, and academic support

• Develop and implement individualized student plans for academic and behavioral success

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development

• Conduct group and individual counseling sessions to address student concerns

• Assist students with goal setting, problem-solving, and conflict resolution

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress

• Participate in school-wide initiatives focused on student well-being

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• Valid Nevada School Counseling License or eligibility to obtain one

• Experience in a school setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students
