Connected Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to support PreK–8 students across school sites in Lawrence, Massachusetts for the 2025–2026 school year. Join a collaborative and mission-driven special education team committed to student success.
About the Role:
As a school-based PT, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing a physical therapy program for students receiving exceptional education services. Your work will directly support IEP goals and help students access the school environment safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services in alignment with student IEPs
-
Collaborate with special educators, OTs, SLPs, and school staff
-
Evaluate, plan, and document services per district and state requirements
-
Promote student independence, mobility, and participation in school activities
Position Details:

Grade levels: PreK–8
-
Hours: 37.5/week, full school day schedule

Contract term: August 25 – June 24

Work on-site within a supportive team environment
Qualifications:

Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility by start date)

Experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
