Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral)

Provide individual and group counseling services to students
-
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
-
Participate in ARD meetings and special education processes
-
Deliver crisis intervention and mental health support
-
Collaborate with teachers on MTSS/RTI implementation
-
Support campus-wide SEL initiatives
-
Maintain confidential records in compliance with Texas regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:
-
Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
-
Texas LSSP License (or ability to obtain)
-
NASP certification preferred
-
Experience with comprehensive assessments (WISC, WJ, BASC, etc.)

Knowledge of Texas special education rules and regulations
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills
