School Psychologist – Near Baker City, OR
Contract: 36 Weeks | Up to $2,437.50 Weekly or $65/hr (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a leader in Healthcare and Educational Services staffing, is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified School Psychologist for a 36-week contract near Baker City, Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being in a welcoming educational community.

Position Summary
The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in helping students succeed academically and emotionally by providing assessments, counseling, and consultation services. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to develop interventions and foster a safe, supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments

  • Support development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans

  • Provide short-term counseling and mental health support for students

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs

  • Assist with behavior management strategies and positive behavior support plans

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws

  • Participate in crisis intervention and prevention programs

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

  • Valid Oregon School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain

  • NASP certification preferred

  • Familiarity with special education law, IEP process, and MTSS/RTI frameworks

  • Excellent interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills

Contract Details

  • Duration: 36 weeks

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Compensation: Up to $2,437.50/week or $65/hour, based on experience

  • Start Date: August 2025 (Start of School Year)
