School Psychologist (K–6) – Hamden, CT
Pay Rate: $67/hour + BONUS | Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join an elementary school team in Hamden, CT for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an onsite role working with students in grades K–6, providing essential psychological services to support academic and emotional success.

Assignment Details:

  • Schedule: Approximately 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Start Date: No later than August 25, 2025

  • End Date: June 2026

  • Caseload: Varies based on school assignment and student needs

  • Setting: Elementary (K–6)

  • Location: Onsite only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations in compliance with state and district guidelines

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Provide direct and consultative services to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

  • Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification

  • Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
