Job Description:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and activities to promote independence and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current state Occupational Therapy licensure.
• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification.
