Location: Detroit, MI
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Compensation: Up To $70/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or related field; state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist preferred.
  • Certifications Requirements: Michigan School Psychologist Certification or equivalent, if applicable.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience providing evaluations and support in educational settings; strong skills in assessment, report writing, and student advocacy.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to perform evaluations on an eval-by-eval basis in person; must be available ASAP; associated background check and active state license required. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills necessary.

  • Conduct evaluations for special education eligibility and progress monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reports for each assessment.
  • Participate in team meetings to review student progress and goals.
