Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Norristown, PA
Contract Length: 30 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $60/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of students through data-driven, individualized behavioral support.

Job Description:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation to support student outcomes

  • Maintain ethical standards as outlined by the BACB and adhere to district and state policies

  • Offer consultative support and professional development to school staff and families

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Pennsylvania state licensure (if applicable or required)

  • Previous experience working in a school-based or educational setting preferred

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
