- Education Requirements: Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Certifications Requirements: OT license and resume required
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Other Requirements: Must possess OT license, ability to work part-time days, and pass necessary background checks; soft skills include strong communication and adaptability; physical demands are consistent with occupational therapy duties
