Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Alvin, TX
Contract Length: 36 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $58/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to elementary, middle, and/or high school students. You will work closely with a collaborative team of educators, therapists, and administrators to ensure every student receives the support they need.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members.
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and billing requirements.
-
Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and team discussions.
-
Educate staff and families on communication strategies and interventions.
-
Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
-
Current Texas State License or eligibility for licensure.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered.

Previous school-based experience is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
