Job Description

Job Details:

  • Position: BCBA (Summer School Program)

  • Schedule: 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)

  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Duration: June 30th – July 31st

  • Pay Rate: Up to $53/hr (based on experience)

  • Location: Ann Arbor, MI (One campus)

    Job Description:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and school staff.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.

  • Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in ABA practices.

    Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • Active BCBA certification required.

  • Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric ABA settings preferred.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
