Collaborate with teachers on SEL implementation

Participate in IEP and 504 meetings

Address attendance and behavioral concerns

Support diverse student populations
Education & Certification Requirements:

Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from accredited program

Michigan School Social Worker certification

Experience with K-12 populations

Knowledge of trauma-informed practices

Strong crisis management skills
