Job Description

School Speech-Language Pathologist (2025-2026 School Year) – Ann Arbor, MI – Up to $60/hr

Empower student communication in one of Michigan’s premier school districts! We’re seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Ann Arbor, MI for the 2025-2026 academic year. Job Details:

  • Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)

  • Schedule: 35 hours/week (Monday–Friday, school hours)

  • Duration: August 2025 – May 2026

  • Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr (based on experience)

  • Location: Ann Arbor, MI (on-site)

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams

  • Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapy materials

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Michigan Medicaid requirements

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

  • Support diverse student populations in inclusive educational settings

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Michigan SLP License (or immediate eligibility)

  • ASHA CCC-SLP (Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision)

  • Experience in school-based settings preferred

  • Knowledge of IEP processes and special education law

  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
