- Support and implement inclusive education strategies for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with lead teachers, special educators, and support staff to create engaging lesson plans
- Assist in developing and adapting instructional materials to support individual learning styles
- Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and success
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school staff
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in inclusive classroom settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and modify lesson plans for diverse learners
