Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist – Near Centralia, WA
Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Weekly Pay: Up to $2,437.50 or $65/hr (Based on Experience)
Start: August 2025 | Partnered with a Local School District

Connected Health Care, a leader in Healthcare and Educational Services staffing, is actively seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 36-week contract near Centralia, Washington. Position Overview
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, supporting their academic and social development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

  • Provide direct speech therapy in individual and group settings

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff

  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and district standards

  • Support students with a range of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, and social communication

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active Washington State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Contract Details

  • Length: 36 weeks

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

  • Compensation: Up to $2,437.50/week or $65/hour, based on experience

  • Start Date: August 2025
