School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time
Location: Cusseta, GA
Pay Rate: $65/hr + BONUS
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Cusseta, GA. This is a full-time onsite opportunity working primarily with elementary students (PreK–5), with one half-day per week serving middle and high school students.
The caseload is approximately 25 students, and the SLP will be responsible for managing their caseload, conducting evaluations, and completing all IEP-related documentation. The district is open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are looking to begin their careers with a strong foundation in a school setting.
Position Highlights:

Caseload of ~25 students (mostly PreK–5, with some middle/high students one day per week)

Responsible for IEP management, evaluations, and direct therapy services
