Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Exeter, CA

$40/hr | Full-Time | 3 Openings | August 5, 2025 – June 10, 2026

Connected Health Care is now hiring three full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support a vibrant elementary district in Exeter, California for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with early learners and elementary students in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Details

  • Location: Exeter, CA

  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week

  • Hourly Rate: $40/hr

  • Start Date: August 5, 2025

  • End Date: June 10, 2026

  • Grade Levels: Pre-K through 5th grade

  • Openings:

  • 2 SLPAs: PreK – 5th grade

  • 1 SLPA: PreK only

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

  • Support students with communication goals in individual or small group settings

  • Assist with implementing therapy plans and activities

  • Document student progress and maintain service logs

  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and supervising SLP

  • Support data collection for assessments and IEP goals

Requirements

  • Active California SLPA License (Required)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (Required)

  • Experience with early childhood and elementary populations preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team-oriented mindset with a student-first focus
