This position is for one of our trusted Educational Services partners and offers a fulfilling role supporting students and enhancing communication skills in a collaborative school-based environment.

Position Highlights:

Contract Length: 36 weeks

Weekly Compensation: Up to $58/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, school calendar
-
Location: Dallas, TX and surrounding area

Setting: Educational / School-based
Job Responsibilities:
-
Support Speech Language Pathologists in the assessment and treatment of communication disorders
-
Assist in implementing speech therapy plans and documenting student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
-
Provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision
-
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student performance
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions when required
-
Uphold professional ethics and standards of practice in an educational setting
Education and Certification Requirements:
-
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Current Texas licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
