School Social Worker (2025-2026 School Year) – Golden, CO – Up to $58/hr

Job Details:

  • Position: School Social Worker (Full-Time)

  • Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday–Friday, school hours)

  • Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

  • Pay Rate: Up to $58/hr (based on experience)

  • Location: Golden, CO (travel required)

Job Description:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social-emotional well-being.

  • Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and behavior support as needed.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Connect families with community resources and social services.

  • Advocate for students' mental health and academic success.

  • Maintain documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

  • Valid Colorado School Social Worker license (or ability to obtain).

  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and crisis management skills.
