Special Education Teacher (2025-2026 School Year) – Greenville, SC – Up to $46/hr

Job Details:

  • Position: Special Education Teacher (Full-Time)

  • Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

  • Duration: August 2025 - May 2026

  • Pay Rate: Up to $46/hr (based on experience)

  • Location: Greenville, SC (on-site)

Job Description:

  • Provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs

  • Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals

  • Adapt curriculum using evidence-based strategies

  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

  • Maintain accurate progress monitoring and documentation

  • Foster inclusive classroom environments

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians

  • Utilize assistive technologies as needed

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field

  • South Carolina Teaching Certification in Special Education

  • Experience with IEP development and implementation

  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
