School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time
Location: Jefferson, MA
Pay Rate: Up to $60/hour
Schedule: 2 days per week | K–5 Caseload | Approx. Start Date: November 25, 2025

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services in Jefferson, Massachusetts. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work with approximately 20 elementary students, supporting their developmental and educational success.

Position Highlights:

  • Part-time schedule: 2 days per week

  • Caseload of ~20 students, grades K–5

  • Starting around November 25, 2025

  • Competitive pay, up to $60/hour

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Massachusetts OT License (active and in good standing)

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
