Job Description

Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Mansfield, OH (44906)
Schedule: Full-Time (2025-26 School Year) | 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: Up to $62/hour (W2 position with benefits)

Connected Health Care, a trusted educational staffing leader, is seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio for the upcoming school year. Help shape young communicators in a supportive district with competitive pay!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations (articulation, language, fluency, AAC needs)

  • Develop IEP-aligned treatment plans using Ohio Learning Standards

  • Provide evidence-based interventions through individual/group sessions

  • Implement classroom-based services with teacher collaboration

  • Participate in ETR/IEP meetings with district teams

  • Maintain OHIO Medicaid-compliant documentation

  • Train staff on communication strategies and AAC devices

Requirements:

  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Ohio SLP License (or in process)

  • ASHA CCCs 

  • Experience with school-aged populations preferred
