Job Description:

Conduct developmental, cognitive, and social-emotional assessments
-
Provide individual/group counseling and crisis intervention
-
Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and MTSS strategies
-
Participate in IEP/504 meetings and eligibility determinations
-
Collaborate with teachers on SEL curriculum implementation
-
Support early childhood developmental milestones (PreK-2nd role)
-
Guide middle school transition planning (Grades 6-8 role)
-
Maintain confidential records per Illinois regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:
-
Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
-
Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement (or eligibility)
-
NASP certification preferred
-
Experience with assigned age group (early childhood or adolescents)

Knowledge of RTI/MTSS frameworks
-
Strong data analysis and consultation skills
