Job Description

Special Education Teacher Opportunity Near Plymouth, NH – 36-Week Contract | Up to $1,875/Week

Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for a 36-week contract position near Plymouth, NH. This is a rewarding role in a supportive school environment, with weekly compensation up to $1,875, based on experience.

Job Description:

  • Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to students' IEP goals.

  • Work with students with mild to moderate disabilities in inclusive or self-contained settings.

  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and specialists to ensure student progress.

  • Track and report on student performance, adapting teaching methods as needed.

  • Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.

Education + Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

  • Valid New Hampshire Special Education Certification (or ability to obtain).

  • Experience with IEP development and behavior management strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
