Start Date: August 25, 2025
Connected Health Care is seeking two skilled and collaborative BCBAs to provide coverage for maternity leave positions in well-supported school-based programs. These are excellent opportunities to make a meaningful impact while working with a strong team in a structured environment.
Position 1: BCBA – Autism Program

Dates: August 25 – mid-October (potential extension through December)

Caseload: 40 students or fewer (consultation only)

Grade Levels: 1–8

Site: 1 location

Focus: Consultation-based support within an autism program, collaborating with staff and implementing effective behavior strategies.
Position 2: BCBA – Therapeutic Program (Significant Behaviors)

Dates: August 25 – early October (potential extension through December)

Caseload: Approximately 15 students

Grade Levels: 1–6

Site: 1 location

Focus: Direct support and consultation for students with significant behavioral needs, including intervention planning and collaboration with IEP teams.
Requirements:

Certification: Current BCBA certification

Preferred: School-based experience or familiarity with IEP processes

Strong skills in collaboration, behavior plan development, and data analysis
