Job Requirements.
- Education Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in special education or equivalent qualifications.
- Certifications Requirements: Relevant state certification for Special Education Teaching.
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in special education or related roles, with familiarity in Life Skills classrooms and autism communication strategies.
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to work with paraprofessionals, background check clearance, and flexibility to work at elementary or secondary levels, including Pre-K. Soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.
