Special Education Teacher – Near Grants Pass, OR
Contract: 36 Weeks | Up to $2,062.50Â Weekly or $55/hr (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care, a trusted leader in Healthcare and Educational Services staffing, is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join a dedicated school district team near Grants Pass, Oregon. This is a rewarding 36-week contract role offering excellent pay and the opportunity to impact students' lives in a supportive educational setting.
Position Overview
As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll provide individualized instruction and support to help students with learning challenges reach their full potential. You’ll work in a collaborative, student-focused environment committed to inclusion and educational equity.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Deliver tailored instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students

Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals

Modify general education curriculum as needed for individual students

Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to support student development

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and strategies
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field

Valid Oregon Teaching License with Special Education endorsement

Experience with IEP development and implementation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: Up to $2,062.50 weekly or $55/hr, depending on experience
