Job Description

Special Education Teacher – Trenton, NJ

Hourly Compensation: $50/hr

Connected Health Care is looking for a Special Education Teacher to work with an Educational Services client in Trenton, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support student learning

  • Use differentiated instruction and behavioral strategies in the classroom

  • Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success

  • Track and document student progress and intervention effectiveness

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • New Jersey Special Education Teaching Certification required

  • Experience working with students with disabilities

  • Strong knowledge of behavior management and instructional strategies
