Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,875 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) to join an esteemed Educational Services client in Westminster, MA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve academic success in a collaborative school environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress.
- Utilize data-driven methods to assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Massachusetts state certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher (or ability to obtain).
