Connected Health Care is seeking two qualified Special Education Teachers to support high school students in Lakeville, MA for the 2025–2026 school year. These full-time, onsite positions offer a chance to join a collaborative and student-centered team.
Openings Include:

Life Skills Classroom (Grades 9–12): Work with students in a life skills setting, focusing on functional academics, daily living skills, and individualized support.

Inclusion Support (Grade 11): Provide in-class support to students with IEPs in general education classrooms, with a focus on collaboration and academic modifications.
