Job Description: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide compassionate care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a SNF setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
