Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Near Salem, OR
Contract: 36 Weeks | Up to $2,250 Weekly or $60/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress

  • Maintain thorough documentation and track student performance

  • Provide direct therapy services and participate in IEP meetings

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and district training initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Current Oregon SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

  • Previous experience in educational settings preferred but not required

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Contract Details

  • Length: 36 weeks

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Compensation: Up to $2,250 weekly or $60/hr, based on experience

  • Start Date: August 2025 (Aligned with the school calendar)
