Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Near Stayton, OR
Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Weekly Pay: Up to $2,437.50 or $65/hr (Based on Experience)
Start: August 2025 | Partnered with a Local School District

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm in Healthcare and Educational Services, is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Stayton, Oregon. Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, IEPs, and therapy sessions

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome

  • Prior school-based experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Contract Details

  • Length: 36 weeks

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Compensation: Up to $2,437.50/week or $65/hour depending on experience

  • Start Date: August 2025
