Speech Language Pathologist - Up to $60/hr
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Contract Duration: 36 weeks
Compensation: Up To $58/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited college or university
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist (preferred recent licensing in another state, with Texas license or eligibility to obtain), National Certification of Clinical Competence granted by ASHA
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in speech therapy, knowledge of evaluation and assessment tools, experience with IEPs, ARDs, and compliance standards
- Other Requirements: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to manage student behaviors, collaborate with educators and parents, background checks, and familiarity with TEA guidelines and IDEA policies

- Create and collaborate on IEPs with parents and educators to align with instruction and student needs
- Monitor students’ therapy and academic progress, updating goals and requesting testing as necessary
- Ensure compliance with ARDs, schedule and facilitate meetings, and prepare ARD documentation
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and determine eligibility for services in accordance with IDEA policies and TEA guidelines
