Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist – Rocky Hill, CT

Contract Length: 4 Weeks (ESY Program: July 7 – July 31, Monday through Thursday)

Connected Health Care is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a summer Extended School Year (ESY) program with one of our trusted Educational Services partners in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. This short-term opportunity offers an engaging and supportive setting to make an impact during a critical learning window.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals

  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including teachers, support staff, and families

  • Monitor and document student progress regularly

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Connecticut SLP license

  • ASHA CCC preferred (CFs with school experience may be considered)

  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
