Position Details

• Start Date: August/September 2025

• Location: Torrington, CT

• Schedule: Full-time, school hours

• Pay Rate: $65/hour

• Caseload: Assigned based on age group and district needs (elementary through high school)

• Setting: Onsite – supportive team environment with access to materials and mentorship

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive assessment reports

• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school and state standards

• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student communication outcomes

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development

Requirements

• Active Connecticut SLP License

• ASHA CCCs (preferred, not required)

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
