Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rock Hall, MD
Contract Length: August 2025 – June 2026 (End date TBD, around June 15)
Compensation: $65/hr + Completion Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday
On-Site Only – No virtual candidates will be considered

Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an in-person position supporting a small, close-knit school district in Rock Hall, Maryland. This flexible role offers an excellent opportunity to serve a wide range of students with a low caseload and supportive staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades PreK–12

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and write reports

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, families, and other specialists

  • Travel between multiple school sites (low caseloads, small district)

  • Provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP License and ASHA CCCs required

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of a range of communication disorders and treatment strategies

  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working across a variety of grade levels and disability types
