Up to $1,400 per Week | Full-Time or Part-Time | Clinical Fellowship Training Provided
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable early childhood intervention program near Big Spring, TX, to find a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/Intern) to support children from birth to age 3. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early childhood therapy, focusing on a coaching-based model rather than a traditional clinical setting.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20-40 hours per week
- Compensation: Up to $1,400 per week
- Location: Big Spring, TX, and surrounding areas
- Travel: Frequent travel required within the service area
- Training: Clinical Fellowship training available
Job Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) through a family coaching model
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Educate and support families and caregivers to enhance child development
- Maintain extensive documentation and complete progress reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, caregivers, and educators
- Travel within the assigned region to provide in-home and community-based therapy
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Texas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with travel and providing services in home-based settings
- Passion for working with young children and their families
