Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable early childhood intervention program near Big Spring, TX, to find a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/Intern) to support children from birth to age 3. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early childhood therapy, focusing on a coaching-based model rather than a traditional clinical setting.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20-40 hours per week
• Compensation: Up to $1,400 per week
• Location: Big Spring, TX, and surrounding areas
• Travel: Frequent travel required within the service area
• Training: Clinical Fellowship training available

Job Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) through a family coaching model
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate and support families and caregivers to enhance child development
• Maintain extensive documentation and complete progress reports
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, caregivers, and educators
• Travel within the assigned region to provide in-home and community-based therapy

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Texas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with travel and providing services in home-based settings
• Passion for working with young children and their families
